  • Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user license for personal or professional use to support your hosting activities (e.g., Airbnb, Booking, vacation rentals).
  • You may customize the template for your property or business needs.
  • You are not permitted to share, sell, or distribute the original template or any derivative works based on the template.

3. Customization and Support

  • The templates are fully customizable in Canva, allowing you to edit text, images, colors, and hyperlinks.
  • Customization can be done entirely using a free Canva account.
  • While we provide basic support for accessing and downloading the templates, customization is the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the files are delivered.
  • If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us at welcomebook.online@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for resolution.

5. Payments

  • Our payment gateway is secure, and we accept payments via Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit cards.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

  • Welcome Book is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms, including Canva’s performance or availability.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use of the templates.

8. Updates and Modifications

  • Welcome Book reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the templates at any time without prior notice.
  • It is your responsibility to download and save the template files upon purchase.
